This Monday, the 30th, we will be hosting our Memorial Day Murph Challenge. "Murph" is a hero workout named after Navy LT. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

We will have 3 different workout options for Murph.

1. Murph - For time, complete the following:
Run 1 mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 mile

2. Smurph - For time, complete the following:
Run 800m
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
150 Air Squats
Run 800m

3. Partner Murph - In teams of 2, partners will work together to complete the following:
Run 1 mile together
Then, alternate movements to complete 20 rounds total of:
Pull Up x 5
Push Up x 10
Air Squat x 15
Run 1 mile together
